Born in the UK, raised in Canada, and let loose in Spain, Ant Partridge is a TV presenter, actor, stand-up comedian… and a man who accidentally built a career out of doing things the hard way.
He's best known as the face of Goblin Works Garage and Goblin Works Mod Shop, where he got paid to build ridiculous machines, bend rules, and occasionally pretend everything was going to plan.
Off screen, things didn't get more sensible. He writes and develops TV projects and somehow ended up co-writing and starring in a gangland drama currently sitting with a major streaming platform… assuming the lawyers ever calm down enough to let it out into the world.
Then, because clearly there wasn't enough chaos already, he decided to try stand-up comedy. No easing in. No quiet open mic. First gig, straight onto a stage at the Leicester Comedy Festival like a man who's never once made a cautious decision in his life.
His comedy pulls from a life that's been slightly… off-script. Custom bikes, superyachts, TV sets, near-miss acting careers, and a long history of saying "this'll be quick" before disappearing into a project for six months.
He's also powered almost entirely by ADHD, which means he can hyper-focus for hours, forget basic human needs, and start three new careers before finishing the first one. It's not efficient. It's not healthy. But it's surprisingly productive.
These days, you'll find him on screen, on stage, or somewhere in between — usually mid-project, slightly overcommitted, and absolutely convinced it'll all work out. So far… it mostly has.
